Overview

Two peptides working in sequence. Ipamorelin is a selective ghrelin-mimetic that binds the GHSR-1a receptor. CJC-1295 without DAC extends GHRH signal duration. Together they deliver clean, pulsatile, physiological growth hormone release.

No cortisol bump. No prolactin elevation. That is the difference from older growth hormone secretagogues.

Mechanism of action

  1. 01Ipamorelin binds the GHSR-1a receptor and stimulates growth hormone release.
  2. 02CJC-1295 activates GHRH receptors on somatotroph cells.
  3. 03Combined action produces sustained physiological GH pulses.
  4. 04Preserves negative feedback via IGF-1 and somatostatin.

Dog
